In this role, you'll manage initial intake, assessment and planning for people accessing the Local, working within a multidisciplinary team that supports participants beyond mental health alone — including physical health, substance use, employment and relationships.

We are currently seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide services across the acute, sub-acute, rehabilitation and outpatient settings. Your workload will include outpatient’s service such as hand therapy, neurological, rehabilitation and pre-admission assessment. You will also gain experience in a variety of general hospital settings including orthopaedics, general medical / surgical wards, rehabilitation and outpatients.

As the MBPH@Home Physiotherapist, you'll provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and evidence-based treatment plans to clients in their own homes, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to support client goals and continuity of care. You'll contribute specialist physiotherapy advice to case conferencing and overall client care planning, support Allied Health Assistants within the program, and have the opportunity to supervise Grade 1 Physiotherapists and students as required.

You'll manage phone and correspondence enquiries, accurately enter patient information and appointments, process referrals, prepare paperwork ahead of appointments, complete audits, and support the timely and compliant submission of invoices.
